I'm running FC3 on a couple of servers at home, two laptops and RHEL[A|W]S on a dozen servers and seven workstations in production and development environments, respectively.
I've been very pleased with RHEL. The last two kernel updates for FC3 won't boot on my latest hardware, an AMD XP 2800+ or something like that. I just bought it in the last month.
