The VMWare mailserver_4.2 Appliance is a RoundCube server, with everything already installed and configured. All you have to do is start it up and access the configuration Web page. Isolation of the server from your main system is distinct advantage (and, it will run under anything you can run VMWare from)

Not sure what that means, but RoundCube is great. Install apache, install RoundCube.. and that's it really.
