It remains that given a layout done with HTML table markup, and a layout done with XML/CSS, the former will display more consistenly and reliably for a wider variety of REAL WORLD users than the latter.
It's the fault of the browser's coders, yadda, yadda, yadda, but the REALITY is that tables display more consistently.
