Well, I got things one step closer, but I still can't get the server to respond to a non-Windows audio client. I did correct the mime type for the ASX script on the main web page, but there's aparantly more to it.

So I guess at some point we just cobble together a dedicated streaming server with at least one input and three outputs - two broadband and one dial-up rate streams.
