I went browsing through last year's KCLUG list around this time of year, and according to last year's schedule we needed an actual Exhibitor's Badge to get on the floor before the show started. Setup was from 9am to 6pm Tuesday, which is today, and no setup times were listed for Wednesday.
I can bring things in after 4pm today, but I'm a little concerned that I might not be able to get onto the exhibit floor to set them up.
I see from the www.goitec.com website that there is on-site registration Wednesday and Thursday starting at 8am.

The new owners of ITEC have been very slow at getting us the final info. I think they may have underestimated the manpower needed to run these events.
I'll try my best to get the booth number and exhibitor info out of them today. KCLUG07 is the code for regular attendees.

I just got back from ITEC. Our booth is number 238, all the way to the back and on the left. It will be easy to find because it has a big KCLUG banner. At 2:00 they still didn't have a rug on our floor and had just finished laying the rug in the aisle in front of our booth.
I got an exhibitor's badge by simply going to the registration booth and telling the nice lady that I was an exhibitor and ITEC has been very slow about getting back to us and I had to get in to do some setup (hang the banner). No problem. And they were very nice about offering to help if I had any trouble.
If anybody needs help setting up, let me know. I will probably go back by later and check on things.

That's pretty much what I was told when I called our contact at ITEC. Just go up and say you're an exhibitor and they didn't get us the info in time. Paul Leatherbee is the guy who was supposed to get us the info.
I don't mean to sound petulant, but I'm here by myself with nothing more than 100 flyers and a demo PC. ITEC started early this time at 9:15am instead of 10am.
When I arrived here the front desk agreed we had a booth and gave me an Exhibitor badge. The Exhibitor Services desk inside the Exhibit Hall insisted we didn't have a booth and wouldn't set up a table. I had to find a map and point out that we had a booth marked on the map before they would set up a table.
I have a short power strip and a long extension cord. The PC has wired Ethernet and I have a 5-port switch and two Cat5 cables if anyone wants to bring a laptop and do some networking and VNC.
