Well, here's my best guess. Either upgrade awstats or dump it. You're runinng awstats 6.0, which is vulnerable to an exploit, and there's even a worm out there that attacks it.

It's not a root exploit, but it's your box, so reinstall if you think that's best.

And also, you should subscribe to a security mailing list.
