When I worked at Netstandard, they got those WICs for about $600 or $700 a piece I believe. You could try giving them a call and getting a price quote, but they mark up 15% from what they can get it for.
Also, you might try AOS. They're quite the Cisco shop as well.

If you don't mind refurb or "new-open-box" stuff... $395 at www.digitalwarehouse.com. You might have to place a quote first. I have had good luck with them for the past couple years getting Cisco parts for 1700 and 3600 series routers and 2900 to 3560 series switches.
The V2 cards aren't built like the older ones. I've had more V2's die than the originals...

Unless your hands are tied, I'd try to avoid Cisco ;) A lot of their higher end stuff is often proprietary and while I haven't had the experience to recommend an alternative, I imagine there must be something available... I know Digium produces T1 cards, but they're probably just for PRI/voice.
