darn thing ran dual at 1600x1200 per monitor
now its running in one of the monitors is running at a lower resolution than the other. Any thoughts?

Upon further examination, there are all kinds of problems with your config file. I suggest wipping it out and starting over with a fresh auto-configured version. Use the man xorg.conf manpage for guidance on making a correct changes.

Actually the newest drivers 8* have problems with Edidflags not reading correctly. I had a problem similar to this as well. Try going back to the 7* drivers until EDid bugs are solved.
