I used to work with Will at City of KC IT department. Young guy. He is proof that you can find a way to contribute to an Open Source project that interests you. Will also has some cool stories of performing reverse hacks on Chinese and Korean crackers. Next time you see him, ask him to tell you how Robin flooded the City's bandwidth and then got them disconnected from SBC. Surely he remembers that one.
