Ok, maybe I should rephrase that. I meant which is the most powerful and fastest in the context of being able to create huge amounts of code in the least amount of time and actual typing/clicking (i.e. RAD). And no vi in any of it's incantations doesn't qualify as a RAD tool. Creating web pages is inherently about creating large amounts of text. I'm looking for ways to cut down on the required amount of text (Think Visual Studio.Net, only better). Not all of us can type 5000 words a minute.
I've used Bluefish and Quanta and I like them both. The Zend-Studio looks very much like the direction I want to go. I don't really need .Net drag-n-drop, but if I'm doing something like creating several pages accessing different portions of a database, then having code-snippets that I can select and drop in and customize makes life a lot easier and coding faster. Not to mention reducing the risk of typos.
So I guess to expand on my question does Blue-fish or Quanta allow you to add items that would insert code-snippets and where do you like to go to get already been written code snippets?
